Ancient Magic gives many different types of boosts in Iron Throne. From Buffs to Targets, these elements must be used strategically to enhance your gameplay. In this Guide we will discuss;

  • The specific boosts for each type of Ancient Magic

Let’s first turn our attention to where to find the Ancient Magic within your account.

Where do I find Ancient Magic?

Ancient Magic can be found in the Lord menu, directly to the left of your Lord Skills. Once you have clicked on this button the Ancient Magic tabs will appear, showing both the types of Ancient Magic and the Materials you have in your possession.

What types of Ancient Magic are there?

There are three different tabs for Ancient Magic. The majority are currently Buffs, but there are also tabs for Target and Other. Each can be enhanced to Level 15 by Enhancing with Magic Stone Materials and Radiant Magic Stones. The higher the Enhancement level the better the benefit, length of effect, and quicker cooldown. At Level 15 you have the option to use a Magic Stone to enhance the effect of the Ancient Magic.

Buffs

There are multiple different types of Buffs.

  • Absolute Defense
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 35
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Absolute Defense’s Magic Stone *10
    • Nullifies a battle that has occurred in your Castle for 5 minutes at a certain rate.
  • Quarry Invader
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 20
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Quarry Invader’s Magic Stone *10
    • Decreases the Gather duration by a certain amount on the next Gathering
  • Song of Abundance
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 20
    • Unlock Prerequisite:  Song of Abundance’s Magic Stone *10
    • Upkeep won’t be consumed and Production Rate will be increased.
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 35
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Rear Force Support’s Magic Stone *10
    • Has a chance to keep a shield on when participating in a Rally Attack
  • Bravery Blade
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 5
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Bravery Blade’s Magic Stone *10
    • Increases Troop Attack/Defense/HP and gives additional damage to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Enemy Troops.
  • Return of Dragon
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 35
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Return of Dragon Magic Stone *10
    • Recharges the Dragon Deployment Count by 3
  • Ultimate Scout
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 30
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Scout Skill’s Magic Stone *10
    • Has a chance to Scout by ignoring the opponent’s Scout Prevention buffs.
  • Liveratus’ Wisdom
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 20
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Liveratus’ Wisdom’s Magic Stone *10
    • Greatly increases Research Speed for 10 minutes
  • Ancient Dragon of Earth
    • Growth  Prerequisite: Citadel 30
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Ancient Magic Stone of Earth *10
    • Greatly increases Infantry stats for 5 min when using Dragon
  • Ancient Dragon of Sky
    • Growth  Prerequisite: Citadel 30
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Ancient Magic Stone of Sky*10
    • Greatly increases Archer stats for 5 min when using Dragon
  • Ancient Dragon of Gust
    • Growth  Prerequisite: Citadel 30
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Ancient Magic Stone of Gust *10
    • Greatly increases Cavalry stats for 5 min when using Dragon

Target

There are four different types of Target Ancient Magic.

  • Mark
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 36
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Mark’s Magic Stone *10
    • Mark a player to display them on the map
  • Gold of Blessing
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 30
    • Unlock Prerequisite: God of Blessing’s Magic Stone *10
    • Creates a Historic Site at a selected area.
  • Teleportation Denied
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 35
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Teleportation Denied’s Magic Stone *10
    • Creates a Teleportation prohibited area for 30m to prevent enemies from teleporting.
  • Shield Restriction Area
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 35
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Shield Restriction Area Magic Stone *10
    • Creates an area where a Peace Shield cannot be used for 15 minutes

Misc.

There is only one Miscellaneous type of Ancient Magic at the moment.

  • A Flag of Invasion
    • Growth Prerequisite: Citadel 37
    • Unlock Prerequisite: Flag of Invasion’s Magic Stone *10
    • Invades another Kingdom at any time for a set period of time.

Unlocking, Activating and Enhancing Ancient Magic

In order to initially unlock a specific Ancient Magic to use you must have specific Magic Stone unlocks. These can be found in Packs, as well as rewards from Alliance War, Blood Moon, Kingdom Events, Invasion Events, and Magic Stone Chests.

Once you have unlocked a type, you can use it at any time (assuming you aren’t in cooldown).

As mentioned earlier, Ancient Magic can be Enhanced up to Level 15. At Level 15 you have the option to use a Magic Stone to enhance the effect of the Ancient Magic. Only Ancient Magic that you have unlocked is available for Enhancing.

Using Ancient Magic

Once you have unlocked the Ancient Magic you simply activate the one you wish to use. Keep in mind that each one has a cooldown, so once you pop it you will have to wait. For Target Magic types you will need to choose your target area in order for it to apply.

Conclusion

Ancient Magic has very specific uses and in some cases significant Cooldown timers. Make sure you use the boosts wisely.     Hello i just want to say that i enjoy playing Iron Throne the game is the best thing to do while you are on lock down. Why? Not only to go in Dimensional Battles but there is also Team Deathmatch, Battle Royal, Alliance Deathmatch but also Town Mode. BEST GAME EVER!!!
